How people may receive WhatsApp messages related to Oneorbit Technologies LTD products—and how we keep messaging opt-in, useful, and free of spam.

Why we use WhatsApp

Our products help organisations communicate on channels their communities already use. That includes WhatsApp for:

  • Iokora — school-to-parent and staff operational messages.
  • Rexeipt — SME day-to-day operations and customer-facing receipts or notices the merchant configures.
  • Dogiveaway — campaign participation and reward-related notices for people who join a campaign.

Delivery may use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API or related Meta business messaging tools under Meta’s policies.

Opt-in

Messages are sent in connection with a customer’s legitimate use of our software—typically where the recipient:

  • has opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from that school, business, or campaign; or
  • has an existing relationship with that organisation (for example enrolled parent, active customer, or campaign participant) and messaging is expected for the service.

We do not buy bulk contact lists to cold-message strangers for unrelated marketing.

Stop / opt-out

Recipients can ask to stop optional or promotional campaign messages. Depending on the product flow, that may include a reply keyword (such as STOP where configured), in-product preferences, or contacting the organisation that messaged them.

Some transactional or service messages may still be necessary while a service relationship is active (for example a receipt the merchant just issued, or an urgent school notice the school authorised). Ending the underlying service or updating preferences with that organisation stops further optional outreach.

We do not spam

  • We do not send unsolicited bulk messages for unrelated products.
  • Customers who use our platforms are responsible for complying with WhatsApp / Meta messaging policies and applicable law for their audiences.
  • We design product defaults toward clear, service-related communication rather than aggressive outreach.
